Henry George Harris Reid

Born in 1825 in Manchester, he was commissioned as an Ensign in the 2 Bombay European Light Infantry in 1845. He served in the Burma War, 1852-53, as a Lieutenant, and in the Persian War, 1856-57. Henry Reid died at sea whilst returning to India, in 1857.
