Edward Albert Barnes

Little is as yet known about this soldier who served with a DLI Territorial battalion during the Second World War and who fought with the British Expeditionary Force (BEF) in 1940 and then in North Africa, Sicily and Normandy. Edward Barnes died in the 1990s. His widow, Gladys, lived in South Wales.
