William Mason

William Mason was living in Spennymoor, when he enlisted in the 6th (Territorial) Battalion DLI. He was wounded and taken taken prisoner, possibly during the Battle of Arras. He died of his wounds on 19 May 1917 and is buried at Niederzwehren Cemetery.
