Biography

George Potts served with 15 DLI during WW1. He was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal "for conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty on the Yellow Line in March 1918, during operations when acting as CSM". He was killed in action on 24th August 1918 and is buried in Regina Trench Cemetery, Grandcourt.
