Courageous Constraint
9mm bullet
This bullet - probably fired from a Soviet-era Dragunov sniper rifle hit the Osprey Body Armour worn by Rifleman Moore as he was being extracted from Patrol Base Almas for medical treatment. Rifleman Moore suffered only bruising from the impact. Introduced in 2006, Osprey Body Armour consists of ceramic plates designed to stop high-velocity bullets and a soft anti-fragmentation layer to protect the wearer against shrapnel.
