Robert Deey Hassard

Born in Ireland in 1822, he served with 2 BELI in Persia, as Lieutenant and Adjutant. He fought in all the actions and oversaw the destruction of the magazine at Bushire. He retired as an Honorary Colonel in 1875. Robert Hassard died in 1907.
